Overview

The special is a comedy of entanglement that happens around a typical neighborhood of the city that was altered by the presence of Nelson, a line, which we vizinhos consider an ungrateful place. Decide to hold a meeting to decide what to do and this is the scene for the first meeting between Mariela and Octavio.
